Executive Summary

Plan:

The plan of fruit delights business by Halcyons is to offer a desert that is purely based on a
healthy yet delicious fruit that everyone will love. It will be for everyone including kids,
teenagers, and of course for the adults because this desert will be using natural products and
lessen the sugar ingredient. This desert will be available by next year, January 2023, a new
business venture for a new year.

Overview:

Fruit Delights is owned and operated by Halcyon Cooperation located in General Santos City.
Fruit Dessert and also Fruit Beverages are served, and the company prides itself on its
unwavering commitment to quality, freshness, courteous hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. The
variety of food options available to today's consumers is excellent it matches the heat of the sun with
the paired food and the beverages. The products are tasty and affordable. As there no walls separating
the cooks from the customers in some outlets, you can watch how the cuisine is prepared there.

Mission:

To provide delicious food that will make everyone enjoy eating and drinking. A passion to serve and
acquire aboslute guest satisfaction. To serve the neighborhood with high-quality, freshly prepared food
that is obtained locally and served in a welcoming, casual setting.

Vision:

We are dedicated to the uncompromising quality of our food, service, people, and profit through a
shared dedication to excellence, while taking great care of our guests and workers. We'll keep working
to outperform our previous successes and establish ourselves as an industry leader.

I. Background of the Business Plan

The Fruit Delight Business started as a school project that later on turned to be a a good business
venture especially now that people are into trying new foods. The fruit delight business and
menu was because of the teams curiousity on how to make a desert out of a single fruit that the
consumers are fond of. Avocado and Mango is target flavor because we noticed that the market
are into this fruits, so the team started in visualizing the possible ways on how to incorporate
fruits to desert that will surely catch the eyes of the consumers.

Fruit delights plans to reach customers through social media because we all know everyone is
always on social media and it is one of the top marketing place of businesses, Promotional post
by some of the chosen people that will be receiving free product so they can promote it, and a
pop up stall in STI campus.
