Additional Terms and Condition
 

01.  Fabrics must be AZO Free and Export standard testing meet able.
02.  Fabrics has to be roll by roll packing with good poly bag and each roll should packed by PP
band.

03.  Cut piece less than 20 yds not acceptable.

04.  Any shading, weaving fault, less quantity in roll not acceptable.

05.  Inventory shall made jointly with your representative and you shall must liable for short or
defaulting fabrics.

06.  All testing cost shall meet by you after first time.

07.  Supplier are liable for any short or default fabrics and claim amount shall deduct from the
final bill.

08.  Sample fabrics per color 20 yds shall send by supplier at their cost.

09.   Fabrics should be soft & hand feel as pr buyer requirement.

10.  Misprint should be accepted 2% and charges 50 % of printing charge.

11.  Fabric color fastness to washing Dry rub 3% and wet rub 2-3%.

12.  Grey fabrics & finished fabrics deliver to supplier transport.
