Instructions: State three (3) problems of youth and young professionals that you noticed in your
community. Next, create the vision, mission, and goals that your "department" will use to address the
said problems.

1. Peer Pressure
Mission: To empower and nurture youth through programs which provide knowledge, care, and
support for all affected.
Vision: A community without pressure.
Goals:
• To provide learnings about the effects of peer pressure.
• To promote Healthy Behaviors in community to avoid fear of rejection.
• To encourage youth to have courage and confidence to refuse and disapprove.
2. Mental Health
Mission: Promote awareness and add value to youth and young professionals’ lives through
conducting of orientations, seminar, and activities.
Vision: Create an environment with hope and healing in community.
Goals:
• To raise awareness about Mental Health.
• To understand the importance of moral support from family, friends and loved ones.
• To encourage youth and young professionals to not be shame about what they feel.
3. Teenage Pregnancy
Mission: To equip youth with the knowledge and understanding about teenage pregnancy and
dangerous effects.
Vision: Reduce and prevent teenage pregnancy.
Goals:
• To raise awareness about Teenage Pregnancy.
• To provide understanding about the importance Sex Education and its effects.
• Increase use of effective contraceptive methods.
