1. How do elitism play its role in the democratic and Autocratic society; how do they differ from
one another.

Answer: Autocracies have existed since ancient times, when kings and emperors ruled over
great countries and tribal lands, and they exist today in the form of absolute monarchies
and dictatorships. Unlike in a democracy, the people living in countries with autocratic
governments have no say in determining the nation’s laws, or in how those laws are enforced.

2. In the Philippine system of governance does the elitism effectively influence the system of
Philippine government. What was the usual practice of our leader in dealing with the elite
group, does the government in democratic society uphold the idealism.?

Answer: In the midst of these evolving dynamics, Philippine interests are best served by staying
true to Filipino values, and through solidarity with like-minded countries that seek to preserve
and strengthen the world order that respects the rights of all nations, whether big or small.

3. In classical Theory, less emphasis was given to the human, when can an individual be efficient in
an organization.

Answer: It consider organization structure as important than the human element, closed system
structure, efficiency of employee a considerable factor, authority is centralized, no existing
conflicts, economical rewards always motivating the employees. For any organization growth is
important. We can effectively use this for that purpose.

4. Elaborate how does the classical theory work when it is more concern on the organization rather
than the workers. Does this theory exist in the democratic organization like Philippines? why.

Answer: Yes, because economic growth in the Philippines is studied which predicts savings and
population growth to have positive and negative effects, respectively, on growth of per capita
output. The empirical results tend to support the predictions of the model, but some limitations
are evident. Human capital or education, which underpins technological progress, shows the
expected sign but is not statistically significant. This suggests the need for some extensions of
the Solow model, say, along the lines of endogenous growth theory. From a policy standpoint,
the results suggest that raising savings, investments, and human capital, and slowing down
population growth, continue to be well advised.
