EARLY MORNING DETOX PROGRAM

RECIPE

1. Cut the redbeats,Green Apple,Dhania springs,cucumber and Ginger stems and garlic to small pieces
then steam for 10 mins

2. Squiz lemmon juice to the mixture

3. Add the mixture to the blender

4. Blend the mixture to smooth south

5. Purify the mixture

Take 1 glass of the solution every morning 30 minutes before meal. It's an effective fat trimming detox
plan.

 Set standard meal times and AVOID skipping Meals for successful result
 Set an active 3 -4 hour schedule per week for optimal excises i.e walks, seat ups, swimming, light
joggings
