On 1/1/22 at approximately 6:32 CST, we received a tornado warning for Madison County Alabama
and Lincoln County Tennessee by our cable provider, Spectrum. The warning was on a crawl in a
grey box at the top of the screen, and was then read aloud blocking the audio from the program I was
watching. The warning was on all cable channels that I checked.
This is a serious issue. The location of the warning was over 100 miles away. I have heard of
several complaints from my friends and acquaintances about these warnings from out of area
interfering with their programs unnecessarily. Warnings received from areas outside of the viewers
immediate area cause a lack of confidence in these warnings and could lead to a loss of live.

resolved. Dealing with Direct TV to view my account online. I am unable to access Direct TV
account.....each time I deal with them and want to go to email I have to change my password.......it
has been such an ordeal it is so hard to explain what has been going on.....I continually get locked out
of my email for 24 hours when I am dealing with them in trying to get online for Direct TV....I have
been told twice someone would call me and I am still waiting on their call...

disinformation”. Biden is not our King! Nor is he an Dictator! OAN is a quality network growing in

executive power, to incite Media outlets to censor Conservative speech, in direct violation of the First
Amendment! Att / DTV are acting as a proxy for Joe Biden and the Executive Branch! I ask you to
investigate ATT’s reasoning behind the exile of OAN from its platforms! Were these changes made

Xiaflex - a drug for Peyronie's Disease - is highly phallic and inappropriate for TV ads that are show
during all TV viewing hours that expose children. It's highly suggestive and borderline pornographic
depiction of a health problem that men should be talking to their doctors about is should be rremoved
- or highly altered to describe the issue. It mentions "penile straightening and strtching exercises."
I just don't believe this is a n ad that should be show in family living rooms all across that nation.

James-Gov for AL) who states "the secular left claims there are 50 genders and they are teaching
that in our schools". They told me political ads are controlled by the FCC and they do not have to tell
the truth and can be "hate speech" and there is nothing they can do about it. Facebook and Twitter
are being forced to control false information. What can the FCC do to be sure politicians tell the truth.

Peacock TV (NBC) has contracts with the Olympics to provide replays after the live broadcast of their
showings, and advertised as such, but there are currently NO replays available for any of the figure
skating events, even those that happened days ago.
I'm quoting the NBC's website here "full replays of all competition available immediately upon
conclusion", and further elaborate that they'll be available after the conclusion of live events. In
Peacock's own FAQ they state: "Can I watch the entire Winter Olympics on Peacock, including
Opening and Closing Ceremonies?
Yes! If you have a Peacock Premium plan, you can stream the entire Winter Olympics, from Opening
Ceremony to Closing Ceremony and everything in between." (I do have a Premium plan in question,
and should be able to access.)
Unfortunately, I cannot stream any of the previous figure skating events as of 2/12/22 (7:07 PM CST)
as advertised, including that which happened live at 4 am this morning. I asked their customer service
chat, and they stated that the replays were not available right now. When asked for a timeline on
when the replays would be available, they could not give one.

I have been overcharged for months for my TV service. I have called multiple times and participated
in online chat about this, as well as sent a text. ATT.net as well as my account dashboard on
ATT.net show that the monthly base rate for my U300 plan should start at $124/mo. not counting any
fees or discounts. This is verified on both my account dashboard as well as the ATT.net site not
associated with my account. My last phone call, lasting 2 1/2 hours was especially troubling because
the man who said he was a supervisor, Samy, employee number MX080X, evidently changed my
dashboard while I was on the phone with him. Fortunately, I had taken a screen shot of my
dashboard as well as the separate ATT.net web page before he changed them. These two screen
shots show what I am telling you. Samy at one point tried to tell me that the price I was seeing was
for new customers, but then he admitted later, that ATT&T is not enrolling any new customers on U-
verse. He also tried to tell me that the $124 on the dashboard reflects MY monthly bill of $164 minus
the $40 credit I am being temporarily given. The fact that I saw the base price of $124 on ATT.net not
associated with my account discounts that claim as well. AT&T claims they are giving me a $40
discount, but, if so, I should be paying $124 minus $40.
Dealing with AT&T is always such a hassle. Samy (he spelled it for me) kept saying he wanted me to
be satisfied, but since he would not admit that what I had found on both my dashboard and the
separate ATT.net indicated I was being overcharged, nothing he could say could make me satisfied.
I am attaching an enlarged copy of those screen shots.
Just FYI, my first bill for the U300 TV plan (just TV, no fees or other charges so that we are
comparing apples to apples) in 2014 was $92/mo. I don't believe the cost of U-verse has increased
$72/mo. in eight years. My TOTAL billing, for U-verse, landline, and Internet, was $126, varying only
a few cents per month, from June, 2019-February, 2020. Then it jumped an additional $10 for one
month, then in May or June of 2020 it jumped to a TOTAL bill of $157. In July of 2020 I supposedly
was given a $60/mo. credit, but then my TOTAL bill no longer was within a few cents each month; it
varied considerably per month from $141 to $150 to $146 to $153 to $174.
I feel strongly that I deserve a refund for all the over charges AT&T has charged me for my U-verse
service.

her that that her bill would be $133.11 and when she got the bill it would be $166.00. They told her
that they would give her another promotion and they would change her back to $133.11. The
manager then told her that they do not have a promotion. They told her that she can drop the
channel they can change her bill to $132. without the channel. Resolution: She feels that they told her
one thing and billed her something different. She dropped the channel so her billing should be
$132.00.

WOW Cable has NOT satisfied my complaint. My (b) (6) was "disconnected" WHILE
CONTINUOUSLY receiving my payments. They were NOT providing me the SERVICES that I was
paying for... Someone reached out to me and DEMANDED all their equipment BEFORE they would
REFUND me my $600 (credit Balance) due to OVERPAYMENT of my account. When I first
complained they owed me $400. By the time, I heard from them it increased to $600. -- I have at least
stopped sending them money, but I would like my $600 refunded especially since they were NOT
providing services from September 2021 through January 2022. I OWE WOW nothing, but they owe

force you to use their equipment or buy inferior boxes from Roku, when they already have Android

sent receiver and told to return to local Spectrum store and would not be charged. Returned received
and still charged $8.99 monthly. Receiver is not needed or desired. Now am told that $8.99 fee is
"required" whether or not receiver is used or needed. This fee is NOT required by any entity except
Spectrum and is simply an attempt to hide an unnecessary charge. I want this fee removed from my
bill and a refund for the past charges.

cancel in GOOGLE - around and around I go. I have sent MULTIPLE emails and given them my
account info to cancel, but they keep asking for it again and again. I am trapped! They used to have a

I live in Alabama where we get many severe weather warnings. We can be in the middle of a tornado
warning in our area, watching the weatherman closely on television, when the emergency alert
warning comes on, usurping the weather broadcast, and the alert stays on and on and on, repeating
continuously in English and Spanish. These are way to general and are dangerous in bad weather
interrupting local stations. We should be able to opt out of EAS messages.

suspended. I have not been reimbursed for the payments I have made for the unauthorized charges
billed to my account since 6-2020. I would like to be reimbursed for the payments I have made for
those unauthorized charges. Since I never authorized any such transactions, I believe this is

THE SERVICE. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ASSIST WITH TERMINATION ON EITHER OF THESE
DATES, SO I HAD MY DAUGHTER ON THE LINE WITH ME ON 3-31-2022 TO ASSIST WHEN
CALLING AGAIN. THE REPS TOOK MORE THAN 15 MINS TRYING TO LOCATE THE ACCOUNT
AND AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS THE SERVICE WAS FINALLY TERMINATED ON 3-31-22.
THEY REFUSE TO PRORATE THE SERVICE AND ARE CHARGING FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH

I lived on in a rural area and reluctantly, DIsh network was all I could get. Besides the satellite
satellite going off everytime it was windy or Rainy, it was okay for a while, until I had to pause my
Dish Account in January 2022 because I had to abruptly move because I was being harassed by my
landlord and had to move in with my parents temporarily. They did not have DiSH, so I had to pause
the account and a customer service representative said I may or may not lose my discount. Well, I
finally bought a house of my own and was told by another customer service representative that under
no circumstances do they issue discounts for pausing an account, not even my situation! Bad policy!
So, I had to go two weeks and after an investigation was done by DISH, guess what? They indicated
that I was telling the truth that the first customer service representative told me I may or may not lose
my discount! So, okay, ready to get DISH services again, but DISH told me that they would charge
$299.00 to mount my t.v. ! Please note, that other places said it could be mounted for $40.00!
Then, they were going to charge outrage price just to add one more channel and one more box in
another bedroom! Tired of fooling with DISH, so I canceled my services. They charged me 233.63
and my contract ends in June 2022. They claim that a pause does not not make my amount go down.
I paid it even though I am out of work for a while on May 6, 2022. DISH could care less! I mailed their
equipment back on May 12, 2022. My roommate got a threatening voice-mail on her phone that if the
equipment was not sent back in a timely manner that I would be charged for the equipment! I mailed
their equipment the exact same day that I received their box to mail in their equipment and now they
want to threaten me?
My bank has froze DISH from charging any more money. I will be either suing DISH or filing an
arbitration claim against them! I am just waiting to see what my lawyer wants to do!
I just want the FCC to know what a fraud and a scam DISH is! Review after review on the internet,
several customers,most former, have the same complaints! Last year, we could not even watch CBS
or Fox News because they were blacked out because DISH was asking for too much money! Several
people have left and are streaming. I just wanted you to know how DISH does their customers. They
are a rip off! They should be fined! They practically begged me to stay because they are hurting for
customers! Hold DISH accountable for the bad practices and policies! They care only about
themselves! This is why I left and so many others!

I live in Moody Alabama and have some 70+ digital channels available on numerous RF carriers. In
the past month someone or something is now continually interfering with Digital channel reception,
causing them to drop out, on multiple RF carriers. I had to install multiple FM filters to stop this
problem when it started occurring earlier this year. I also included new 5G filters and low band filters,
although those were apparently not needed. For some months I had clear viewing of all Digital
channels after installing the FM filters. Now, whoever or whatever has evidently upped their
transmitter power and harmonics to again block out my Digital channels on multiple RF carriers that I
was watching without problem only a month back. At times, for short while, some of the channels
return with good signal levels while others have continued to be completely knocked out for long
periods of time - this includes channels that normally have a strong signal at my home. RF carriers
being affected are 6, 10,12,14,22,23,27, and 29. Installing more filters is not an option now as that
would drop my dB gain too low for reliable viewing of most of the channels on RF carriers I still
receive reliably. The source of this interference in my local area needs to be stopped.

On 5/09/2022, after selling my house I contacted Xfinity to check if my new address was serviceable.
On 7/19/2022, the Xfinity technician showed up and determined that he couldn't install my service and
that my home was over 300 feet from the closest tap, my house was 306 feet. He told me that he
would put in a construction ticket. I called Xfinity back again yesterday 8/3/2022, to check on my
install, they stated that there were no construction ticket entered into their computer systems. She
created a construction ticket #8850112516 and said it would be 7-8 business days until I heard
something. Given their track record, I am doubtful I will hear back from them.

I have reported this multiple times to WOW and it is still happening. Every time I get a weather notice
- my channel auto changes to QVC and I cannot watch the local news for the weather alerts. This is
extremely frustrating being located in the southeast and unable to watch our local news during
weather events.

Description
DirecTV has signed me up for NFL Sunday ticket 6+ times when I have not asked for or subscribed to
this additional add on service. I then have to call them and waste 30-45 minutes of my time to discuss
the situation with the agent and get the service removed. They promise refunds, account credits, etc
and then 7-10 days later, i get resubscribed to NFL sunday ticket again and have to repeat the
process.

Marc Jacobs new commercial is basically soft porn. The poses and clothing and the way it’s
presented are completely inappropriate. It is airing on daytime tv. It should be ban or at the very least
not aired til after midnight.

He called his credit card and cancelled it.

DirecTV already collected the money.

He would like his money reimbursed.

He will pay for the 3 days that barely worked.

Antenna reception does not exist especially Wsfa

This is pure fraud playing on people's panic.
