INSTALLATION CHECK LIST PVC CONDUITS

Check that the materials are in accordance with approved

Check the Installation of PVC conduits are as per

2 approved shop drawings.
Check the Installation of conduits coordinated with other

Check the PVC Conduits leveled and aligned properly

Check PVC conduits fasten firmly by using coupler and
5 glue.

Ensure proper spacing gap maintained between PVC

conduits running in parallel.
Check open ends of the conduits closed with caps or
7 plugs to avoid blockage.
Junction boxes are fixed at accessible locations as
8 required

The sealing of conduits boxes and joints to prevent ingress

9 of concrete during pour
Expansion couplers provided at building expansion
10 joints or where required.

11 Check proper fixing of conduits to Re-bar

12 Check termination of conduits to outlet boxes

13 Check pull boxes provided for conduits where required.

14 Check the floor from any conduits or accessories surplus.
