The researchers chose this topic because it interests us or it's greatly relevant and significant.
Also, we are passionate about the topic and the researchers want others to understand
something about it.

What are your research Variables?

Our Variables are measured by the independent and dependent variables. In this research, the
Independent Variable is Teenage Pregnancy because it is the main idea and subject of this
research. The dependent variable is the Causes and Solutions of Teenage Pregnancy in
Barangay Sabang Bao it is the item that the researcher is measuring for this study.

What's the essence of your proposed study?

Teenagers will benefit from this study to know what are the consequences that they will
encounter of being early motherhood and what are some processes that can help to solve and
prevent early pregnancy.

What is the purpose of your study?

To determine the factors of teenage pregnancy and to find solutions regarding the issue in the
specified area. With these in mind, the purpose of the study is to help the readers understand
the condition experienced by student mothers.

There were many studies of this kind already. Why propose still?
Because the situation from before is not the same today. Like in the year 2017 the rate of
teenage pregnancy is about 9% but it is different now. And the factors that cause Teenage
pregnancy before are not the same today.

What legal bases can you mention that support this proposed study?
The legal bases that supports this study is the passed law of Senator Ana Theresia "Risa"
Hontiveros - Baraquel which is the Senate Bill No. 161. Senate Bill No. 161 authored by
Hontiveros, pushes for the social protection of young parents by ensuring they receive
necessary health care in all stages of pregnancy, providing guidance and information to prevent
repeat pregnancies and counseling to help them raise their child.
What findings/results do you intend to gather?
The study intended to find out whether teenagers are aware of the different pregnancy
preventive measures.

What are the limitations encountered?

The limitations the researchers encountered are a lack of available data.

Why do you think your research is valid/reliable?

Because the findings from our study can be generalized to other relevant settings, groups, or
case studies.

Did you bridge any gaps in your study?

The researchers did not experience a research gap in this study because all questions that
are/we made are already answered in some journals and articles.

What is the significance of your study?

This research is of great significance in the field of the family. Because it can help their child to
process on what are the risks and the ways of preventing teenage pregnancy. In addition, this
will help certain individuals in Barangay sabang bao in the sense that they will know that this
issue should be prevented to help the world.

It is all about Teenage Pregnancy and the factors and the ways of preventing the problem.
