RESOLUTION No. 003-S-2022

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. ALYSSA JOY ARTUZ, SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON AND MS. EUGINE MAE TORRES, SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY SAN RAFAEL I NOVELETA, CAVITE TO
OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT IN THE OF “SK BRGY. SAN RAFAEL II” AT THE
LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES. CAVITE CITY BRANCH AND AUTHORIZING SK
CHAIRPERSON HON. ALYSSA JOY ARTUZ AND SK TREASURER MS. EUGINE MAE
TORRES AT THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES IN THE DISBURSEMENT OF THE FUNDS
OF THE SAID SK BANK ACCOUNT.

WHEREAS, as required by the MLGOO, DILG, Noveleta, SK Chairperson Alyssa Joy Artuz
and SK Treasurer Eugine Mae Torres of Barangay San Rafael II are the authorized persons to
transact, open an account and authorized signatories for SK transactions with Land Bank of the
Philippines, Cavite Branch effective upon approval of the bank account of the Sangguniang Kabataan
(SK) of Barangay San Rafael II;

WHEREAS, there is an urgent need for the official signatories to legalize transactions done
by Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Rafael II Noveleta, Cavite, with Landbank of the
Philippines, Cavite City Branch, specifically in the disbursement of the SK Funds.

WHEREAS, the signature of the two (2) official signatories in bank checks issued from the
bank account of the Sangguniang Kabataan is sufficient to validate the said instrument.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize

HON. ALYSSA JOY ARTUZ, SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON AND MS.
EUGINE MAE TORRES, SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER of BARANGAY SAN
RAFAEL II NOVELETA, CAVITE, to open bank account in the name of “SK BRGY. SAN
RAFAEL II” at the Landbank of the Philippines, Cavite City Branch and Authorizing SK
CHAIRPERSON ALYSSA JOY ARTUZ and SK TREASURER EUGINE MAE TORRES at the
official signatories in the disbursement of the fund of the said SK Bank Account.
