THIS DEED OF CANCELLATION OF GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

EXECUTED AT CHENNAI, ON THIS ____ DAY OF ____, TWO THOUSAND AND

hereinafter in this deed of Cancellation be referred to as the PRINCIPAL do hereby
Revoke and Cancel the General Power of Attorney Dated _____, registered in
Book I as Document No.______, on the file of SRO ___, executed in favour of Mr.
___________, son of Mr. __________, aged about ____________ years residing at
.________________________,(ID NO: ) (Mobile no )who shall hereinafter
in this deed of Cancellation be referred to as the agent

WHEREAS THE PRINCIPAL has given the power to act on his behalf in respect of
the schedule mentioned property which has been registered in
Book I as Document No.______, on the file of SRO ___.

WHEREAS the said Power Agent Mr.________, has not acted as per the
terms and conditions to the Powers granted to him.
Hence, the said Power of Attorney is hereby revoked and the said Power
agent Mr.________, hereinafter shall not deal with the Schedule mentioned
Property.
NOW THIS DEED OF CANCELLATION WITNESSETH.
That in pursuance of the aforesaid recitals, the Principal doth hereby Revoke and
Cancel the aforesaid General Power of Attorney Deed Dated ________, as
