REFINED OILS LOADING

OBJECTIVE: To lay down the procedure for Loading of Edible Crude, Refined Oils and Fats.

SCOPE: This SOP Shall Applicable for all Loading , Crude, Refined Oils and Fats Bulk Tankers.
RESPOSIBILITY: Loading Bay Department.
Loading/Unloading order : Q.A. Department
PROCEDURE:1. Before transfer, Oil or Fat in storage tank or Truck should be heated if the material
is not in liquid Stage
2. Heating should start a time calculate to give the required pumping temperature, without ever
exceeding the maximum rate 5 0c
Different oils and grades should be kept separate and pumping.
Preferable to transfer different oils and grades through segregated lines.
The order of loading should be observed carefully .
Special care should taken to prevent adulteration and cross contamination.
3.CLEANING OBSERVATION for LOADING TANKERS
All Loading trucks or Tankers should be serviced neatly before enter in to the factory and should
have cleaning or servicing certificate.
The truck will be inspected by Q.A. person or Surveyor, and if there is found any unpleasant odour
and properly not cleaned, un condition stage those trucks will be rejected.
3. After verification of Truck & Driver details , allow the truck to the loading Bay.

4.Finally Q.C. Department Will give the loading order to Loading bay person after Completion of Oil
storage Tank Quality Analysis Report conformed as under SEORPL SPEC .

. After filling over the Tanker the composite sample will be drawn and will be sent again to the
Quality Department.

. Finally The Sample have to be conformed as under SEORPL SPEC.

.After that Tanker/Truck will be Dispatched.
