our business is selling the product of food which is tortilla wrap.this product have benefit
to all people because everyone can get tortilla wrap with affordable price.We will sell our
tortilla with a lot of filling with chicken and cheese plus fresh vegetables.

2.0 Suitable Social Media Marketing for Product / Service Features


The suitable social media marketing for our product are by using facebook page and
instagram page.These platform are the main for marketing our product because it’s easy to
communicate and attract the customers for buying our product.

3.0 Uses of Social Media in Our Business


The uses of social media in our business is that we can easily get notified by the customers
for buying the product.Social media also have a very high advantages to all business company
because social media is a platform where nowsaday people are involved in and used it
daily.From social media also,we can get a feedback from the customers that bought our
product.The feedback is important for us to checking and indentify the deficiency and
advantages of our product so that we can improve more of the aspect that we can fix.

3.1 Advantages of Social Media to Our Business

a) Able to communicate with more people without the need to physically


promote our product.
-This is because by using the social media ,we can promote our
product marketing by posting in our business page and the customer
can see through it.

b) More people are able to know us through customer’s friends and


family.
-This happen by customers that bought our product and suggest it to
their friends and family to buy our product. By doing so, many people
will know our business.

c) Easily to attract more people as our product is stylish.


-The design of our product is one of the unique style that shows of our
product strength and can attract customers attention of the product
compared to other’s product design.

3.2 Disadvantages of Social Media to Our Business

a) Lack of communication skills


-This happen when communicate physically with customers because
the ways to interact the customers need good communication skills so
that the customers will know what we are selling and know more about
our business.

b) Lack of promoting product physically


-This is because by using social media, we can easily promote our
product compared to promote it physically and more efficient way.

c) Lack of connection line for responding customer needed -This happen


when the line internet is slow to reply the customer messages for
buying our product.

many benefits to business company especially for selling product and promoting their
product.Therefore,our business create this facebook page is for promoting our product
and add on information of the product so that the customers know about our business
product.

5.0 Creating Instagram Business


Instagram is a free, online photo-sharing application and social network platform to
help us communicate and promote our business through online business. The reason
we have chose Instagram as our platform for doing business is because Instagram is
free, it has many recommendations through our contacts which is accessible through
our smart phone and our personal computer (PC). We are also allowed to set as
business account such as Entrepreneur and boost our post to gain more followers and
viewers. When we promote our product, our customers who have tasted our product
will give comments on our posts as an appreciation and how much they would like to
repeat their orders.

6.0 Copywriting Techniques in Posting


Copywriting technique in posting are classified into hard sell and soft sell. The main
difference of these two is how we approach or wanting to attract our buyers. By doing
this, our customers are more aware of the time limit and while stock lasts. A brief said
for soft sell is the compassionate way of approaching while the hard sell is more to be
aggressive.

6.1 Softsell in Social Media Posting
A soft sell is an advertising and sales approach that features subtle
language and a non-aggressive technique. It is is designed to avoid
angering potential customers and pushing them away.
Based on our Instagram/Facebook page our caption includes “benefits
of the water” and use a friendly manner to approach our customers. So,
we can achieve more in our sales of the month.

6.2 Hardsell in Social Media Posting


We used the term “limited time only” and “ready stock” to attract our
buyers as it is direct and demanding.
A hard sell is designed to encourage a person to and service right away
as it is limited. The reason we do this is to increase the sales and to gain
loyal customers.

We use images, poster and video to engage to our customers about our product
is. Visual content such as image , poster and video is more effective as it gives
us proves to our customers that our product is good. Not only that, an image or
a video often stand out in social media because they can convey the full
message to our customers.

A promotional video is a business video with the intent to promote the products and
services to customers and prospects. Any video created is in some sense attempting
to sell our brand to our target audience.This video promotion can help our product to
be more popular and knows by many people.More engagement of the customers will
