• Paying the service fees at bank does not mean that the appointment has been fixed; applicants has to go the
online appointment link for scheduling an appointment.

• Service Fees are charged in US Dollars.

• Service fees can be modified without any prior notification depending upon the exchange rate.

• Service fees will not be refunded once the appointment slots are fixed.

• Applicants passports should be valid for minimum for six months to fix an appointment.

• Any booking is for the time being subject to inspection for 48 hours and may be cancelled again due to
instructions of the Consulate General in order to prevent business and corruption with appointments.

• Customer needs to select the correct sub visa category while booking an appointment otherwise the
appointment stands void.
