Identifying the Current Problems

The two big telecommunication companies SOMTEL and TELESOM are the only
companies that offers telecommunication services in Somaliland. And both of
them also Offer money transaction services called ZAAD and EDAHAB but the
problem is they don’t offer cross platform service that lets you transfer the
money from your TELESOM SMS CARD to the SOMTEL CARD, the only way to do
that is to carry the cash between the Stations.

BADALO is a third party app that lets you that lets you transfer the money, either
Its cash or dollar without the need to go to the stations. With a couple of clicks
U can transfer the money from SOMTEL to TELESOM in the comfort of your own
Home.

Planning
 SYSTEM REQUIRMENTS:
 This system is a money transfer app so the first thing we need is currency
container or inventory system, so we need to have a separate bank
account for each service.

Designing

1. The first page is registration page which the will be asked to put in

The remaining balance and the person he send the money to.

 On the left top there is a side hidden page which allows the user
To check his account balance, privacy terms, the cards he is using

Implementation

The application will be developed using Flatter which is an open-Source UI simple

and user friendly software development KIT that can let the application used
across different platforms.

Maintenance

The application will offer only Somaliland cash transfer as a starter then over
Months we will update to United States dollar and other currencies.
With fixing landing bugs and replaying to the user reports.
