What is your realization on the importance of personalized learning plan and the use of
monitoring and evaluation plan in the implementation of PLP?
In my realization the importance of personalized learning plan and the use of monitoring
and evaluation plan in the implementation of PLP , it is very significant because we will know the
needs of our learners, because every learners is unique and each of them are needing guidance of
the teacher and also with collaboration to his/her parents or guardians, for is/her learning
progress, by means of using PLP the learner will be guided by the teacher in using this PLP in his
learning progress, it has scheduled, time and also settings specially if the learner's are encluded to
those pupils who has special need. Just like in my experience i have a pupils who's hard to read
and understand the letters even number, because i am new appointmened teacher , I don't have
more ideas on how to engage with that child ,so i give him different activities compare to his
classmates that will i think He can do, but apparently he still hard to accomplish that task,.
I also ask the parents about his situation, but according to them it was inborn and also they
don't have money to go pediatrician to consult , therefore till now he not undergo to chek up. But
i am very greatful to this E-Raise Up beacuse i have learned a lot of ideas on how i am going to
teach my kids.
