Introduction
This project deal with the overall execution of a code that deals with the problem of house price
prediction using different models of machine learning. This project can benefit several people in
order to make predictions and help people make better decisions. Machine learning and its
application can be seen in the regression models used in this assignment.

Objectives
In this project, a dataset is obtained for the Bangalore house price prediction. The project uses
data that contains data from different localities of Bangalore. The basis of division of data is
based on several factors relevant to the overall prediction. Three methods have been taken into
consideration in order to make sure that the best model is chosen for the prediction of the data.

Problem Statement
This model solves the problem of predicting house prices based on the specifications of the
house the client is looking for.

Methodology
This project uses data processing, management, and visualization tools. The following heading
will show the highlight of the project. The project uses Python (Jupyter Notebook), MS Excel,
and Tableau.
Execution
● Understanding the data - Based on the dataset acquired, the problem is understood and
the flaws in the dataset are noted.
● Importing data and packages to jupyter - Bringing in essential data and packages to start
with the process od data cleaning and data processing.
● Cleaning the data - using Jupyter to clean the data and making it more readable and
learnable.
● Feature Setting - Creating features that can be of great use while processing the data to
draw inferences.
● Model Building - Creating the ideal model for the dataset that can provide us with the
best possible prediction
● Prediction - Post all of this it is time to get the data to work. The data will now help in
predicting the required needs based on linear regression that is used in this method.
Additionally, tableau is being used to draw insights visually.
● Showing the result - based on the algorithm, now the predictions must be projected to the
user to help them gain insights on the prices of the market

Findings & Conclusion

The findings of this project clearly show that there is an evident method to predict the prices of
houses based on the different features of the overall dataset. Machine learning models are
capable of predicting the possible questions that are demanded by customers and people in
general. Hence the scope of this project can benefit the real-life applications of different
businesses and different firms altogether. Additionally, this also proves that machine learning has
the capability of making decisions better and more efficient in general.
