This notice to you under instructions from my client sri. Laneesh P S,S/O Sasi

Punneliparampil ( house),Alangad village,karingaamthuruthth. I hereby give you the following

notice.

1.That you have borrowed money as advance amount from my client for sell your property to
my client’s wife Maya Laneesh. You owe my client’s wife Rs.500000/-(five lakhs only)as due.

2.That in repayment of the said amount you had issued and delivered my client cheque
No.091195 dated 25/03/2022 on IDBI Bank Ltd ,KK Towers,Aluva,kerala-683101 for Rs.200000/-
(Rupees Two lakhs)in your account no.1494104000005425 on25/03/2022.

3.That you made my client to believe that there is sufficient balance in the said amount to
honour the said cheque.

4.That my client had deposited the said cheque in his account in State Bank of India,Vzhakkala
Branch-70809.That when the cheque was presented to your bank ,it was returned unpaid by
your bank on 23/06/2022 for the reason “Funds Insufficient”.

5.That you have dishonestly cheated my client and have caused him dishonestly an illegal loss
of Rs.200000/-

Through this notice you are called upon to pay to my client a sum of
Rs.200000/- within fifteen days of the receipt of this notice failing which my client shall be
compelled to initiate legal proceedings against you for the recovery of the aforesaid amount
and in that case you shall aiso be liable to pay the cost of the proceedings also.
