1. What disaster have you encounter in the past two years? Make a narration
about it.
Last year 2020, we encountered a typhoon named Ulysses that left severe damage in
Metro Manila. We experience the destructive winds and dumping heavy rainfall that
triggered to a massive flooding in several areas. Cars have been submerged by the
floods and thousand of people left homeless that caused by the Typhoon Ulysess.

2. How do you manage to survive with that disaster?

That time we just stayed in our house because there’s a risk of danger outside as the
storm raged. We watch news on internet to keep us updated to the current
situation. We turn off the main switch for electricity and we make sure that there’s
enough food and water for 2-3 days.
