The restaurant “Herencia Manabita” is located at Holanda N9-36 and
Shyris street. Its food has original flavors accompanied by tradition, it
also has good service and the warmth of its staff. This restaurant opened
its doors on February 14, 2022, in Quito, bringing us the delicious
tradition of manaba flavor. One of the most consumed dishes by
Ecuadorian people is "Pass me to the other side", this emblematic dish of
the restaurant tells the story of a Manabita woman who had to cross a
river to take food from one place to another and it was in one of her usual
crossings that he asked a canoeist in the sector "pass me to the other
side"."Pass me to the other side" is a dish that has a cocolón base with
green stew on top, accompanied by a protein of your choice, such as
shrimp. Its typical dishes are corviches, viches, ceviches, rice with green
stew, peanut cake, and salprieta, which are just a sample of the delicious
manaba seasoning that is undoubtedly an of the ambassadors of Ecuadorian
gastronomy. Inside the restaurant and one of the most innovative aspects
of the restaurant is its decoration.

The restaurant "El Inca" has typical Ecuadorian food and is located north
of Quito on Avenida 6 de Diciembre N45. It has a good service also its
staff is trained to attend with cordiality. On its menu you can find
tortillas with caucara, dried chicken, and mote con fritada, it also offers
breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
