Annual Salary Review 2023

I want to thank you for your continued hard work and support to our customers, your colleagues
and to Equans. 

The Annual Salary Review this year is set against the background of the cost of living challenge
and we have recognised this pressure by introducing an average pay increase that is significantly
higher than previous years. This increase is made within the confines of our business plans and
challenges from customers, however is intended to support our staff and their families through
this difficult period.

I am therefore pleased to advise you that with effect from 1st January 2023 your salary has been
increased to £53,500.00. 

All other terms and conditions of your employment remain unchanged.

In addition to the pay review outcome, I would also like to remind you of the myEquans
