• Working at Heights • Eye Injuries • Perform a thorough hazard assessment
• Drilling • Electric Shock • Complete Hands On Rotary Hammer Training prior • Foreign Objects to use • Working at heights • Perform pre use inspection according to manual • Slips and trips • Red tag any equipment which does not pass • Impact inspection • Penetration/Cuts • Clean the tools air vents by compressed air • Crush/Pinch • Provide complete PPE • Chemical/Harmful Dust • Provide FULL BODY HARNESS if Needed • Heat • Select appropriate drills and bits or attachments • Environmental that are suitable for the task and material • Fall of Material • Use of ear muffs when exposed to an 85db noise • Fall of Person • Always disconnect drills from their power sources • Repetitive before changing bits or attachments Motion/Ergonomic • Ensure bits are all properly seated and securely Concerns tightened in the chuck.
