I think that the statement ‘The team members have harmony and barley face any
disagreement’ describes the good team to some extent. Having harmony among team
members is a positive aspect of good team work characteristic. It enhances the
productivity and provides the better working environment. There are key reasons for
having harmony and barely disagreements that it makes a team better problem-
solving as members would have a healthy communication, work well together with
higher morale. Another important reason is that it makes a team better decision
making because team members have a harmonious nature, have a trust each other
and could be more reliable to each other’s task and skills which eventually lead to
great decision making skill. For instance, a company's marketing team, where all the
members have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, they are
comfortable with sharing ideas and discussing different perspectives, they trust each
other and have a common goal which is to develop successful marketing campaigns.
They communicate effectively and have regular meetings where they discuss the
progress of the campaigns and any issues that arise. And they are able to make
decisions and solve problems quickly and efficiently. It's important to note, however,
that it's not always possible or healthy for a team to completely avoid disagreements.
Sometimes, healthy conflict can lead to better decision making and problem solving.
The key is to find a balance and to handle disagreements in a constructive and
respectful manner.
The team that developed from diverse group brings variety of perspectives, new
experiences and skills which can lead to more innovative and better performing
team. The key reason for that as having more innovative thoughts and ideas, they
attract the top talent and work very effectively due to all members have a different
skills, different experiences and even different kind of expertize in their field.
Another reason for that is it breakdowns the any stereotypes, inequality and
promotes the different understanding and increases the acceptance of different
cultures and people. The team includes members with different backgrounds and
expertise, such as a software engineer with a background in computer science, a
product manager with a background in marketing, a mechanical engineer with
experience in product design, a UX designer with experience in user research, a
financial analyst with experience in budgeting and forecasting. This team members
are chosen not only for their skills, but also for their diversity. They can approach the
problems from different angles and generate better solutions, which leads to more
effective problem-solving and decision-making. They are able to consider the needs
and perspectives of all stakeholders, which leads to better representation and a more
inclusive and equitable work environment.
