Project This client approached us in Feb 2022
with a single product listing in the
Challenge Amazon UK marketplace he just list
the product and was waiting for sales
without driving any kind of traffic Just
like most amazon entrepreneurs he
was also not much familiar with how
amazon's algorithm work.

Solution On a zoom call with him, I walk him


through the process of launching a
successful product and guide him on
some immediate changes we need to
do in the listing to make it retail-
ready. After the whole conversation, I
was able to convenience him and He
took a leap of faith and agreed to
invest money in Listing content and
Advertising campaigns with me and
my team.
We started by auditing the listing,
keyword research, and browse node
correction After the audit we replaced
the listing content with
SEO-optimized title, bullet points, and
EBC description We also added
Dimensions, Lifestyle and Feature
images in the listing.
Phase 1 We started with manual PPC Exact
campaigns 1 ad group and 1 keyword
of Launch.. per campaign with 2x of suggested
bids to win the bid in the auction for
top of first-page placement and each
keyword we targeted
in these campaigns was selected
after a lot of research and data
analysis. This bidding and campaign
strategy helped us get a massive
amount of shoppers to our listing and
with optimized listing and pricing, we
start making sales at break even
ACOS. Also, with the help of this
strategy, Our Keyword's organic
ranking improved significantly we
start getting organic sales as well.
And that was exactly the goal of these
campaigns to rank our product on
super-relevant keywords and start
getting organic sales.

Phase 2 After analyzing our exact campaign


data we were confident in our product
of Launch.. offer and listing. Thus we start adding
some Phrase and Broad campaigns
to drive more customers and boost
sales. As a result, our Best seller rank
improved to # 2 in the subcategory.
In optimization, We gradually

PPC cost as we were already ranked
on the top keywords and were
making good sales. We also optimize
our campaign placements and
conversion percentage by doing this
we were able to reduce our PPC ACOS
by 50% and with the help of extra
campaigns, we added we are able to
make 50% more sales than the
previous months.

The client is very happy with the


results and now we are planning to
launch one more variation of this
product and boost our SALES further
to 100k £ a month.
