    I am writing in your good office to ask permission for on-site inspection of


    our School Building, that I believe the school building is for demolition status. The
    said building is already dilapidated and are hazardous to both teachers and students,
    but despite of the condition it is still being utilize to facilitate the Day-to-Day operation
    of the school.

    We believe that change is inevitable but sometimes, it is necessary to


    achieve development and progress which in return gives prosperity to one’s
    community.
