Submission of an application does not guarantee a space.
A space can only be reserved upon payment of 50% of the total amount.
Remaining 50% must be paid one month before the event. Certified cheques or cash payments will be accepted.
Payment can be made via e-transfer to fiesta.extravaganza@gmail.com.
Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of the reservation. No refunds.
Successful food and beverage vendors must complete the Region's Public Health Vendor Application Form and comply to the
Region's Food Safety Event Guidelines. Food Vendors should display food handling certificate during the 2 or 1 day event.
Damaged or loss to tents, tables & chairs shall be on the account of the vendor and further charges if so required.
