As my resume indicates, I possess more than 5 years of progressive experience in the field of
Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Implementation & Management, Program, Proposal Writing
and Reporting. My professional history includes positions such as Quality Management (M&E)
Officer, Proposal Writing and Project Planning Team Leader, QM Inspector and Data Processor
at an international NGO Afghan Technical Consultants (ATC) as well as an Admin Officer in
EOISH Learning Institute.

During my employment with ATC, I was responsible for the management of project reporting,
visiting projects sites, conducting QA/QC, publishing and amendments in SOPs, policies and
procedures, classification of assessment teams, visiting teams on the site, attending different
stakeholders meeting on behalf of the organization, develop, strengthen and implementation of
ATC monitoring and evaluation strategy, especially the establishment of key success indicators
and milestones, proposals development, project planning, reporting and monitoring of the
projects in all over Afghanistan. I assisted in the successful completion of different Mine Action
Projects funded by US-DOS, UNOPS/UNMAS, and Japan.

I have good experience and received training in MEAL, Reporting, Project Management,
Proposal writing, Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE), Explosive Ordnance Disposal
(EOD), Access negotiation (Community Liaison, Leadership, Quality Management, Demining
Operations, EOD, and Safety during operations.

I have very good knowledge of the Victim Assistance Package Including immediate assistance, as
well as community development, Gender Equality, and have a clear understanding of the
country’s development and Humanitarian policies and procedures of mention funded programs.
I completed my Faculty in Science and joiner level program / Project management (initiation,
reporting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and closing) experience.
I have the ability to run programs independently and find my way in case of tough situations. I
have a good professional network in Afghanistan and outside who I could reach for any
