    Greetings!

    To set off our year of service, a meeting has been scheduled on August 24, 2022, at 1:00 PM at
    ChEAT Day Café, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The purpose of this meeting is to
    discuss the revision of the organization’s Constitution and Bylaws. Furthermore, the following
    agenda will be discussed:

    1. Collection of the personal data of officers


    2. Appointment of ACIP-CHMSUTSC President
    3. Appointment for other vacant offices in the Student Chapter
    4. Announcement of Official ACIP-CHMSUTSC Officers through CHMSU BCSE

    5. Accreditation
    6. Calendar of Activities
    7. Schedule for Regular Meetings

    The attendees of the meeting may provide additional appropriate topics to be discussed during
    the meeting. All suggestions and questions are welcome. Please be prepared for the forum.
