What type of learning works best for you?

Why is it important to continuously acquire learning in the course of one’s life?

How do you learn effectively?

The type learning works best for me is a kinesthetic learner by touching and hands-on practices.

Because the kinesthetic learners are the most hands-on learning type. They learn best by doing

and may get fidgety if forced to sit for long periods of time. Kinesthetic learners do best when

they can participate in activities or solve problems in a hands-on manner. I have an example of

a kinesthetic learning experience is when a child learns to use a swing or to ride a bike and a

motor. If you focus and more practice, maybe you can learn it and you can drive it with your own

without helping the other people. They are 'tactile' learners who use movement, testing, trial and

error and a non-traditional learning environment to retain and recall information.

It is important to continuous learning. Why? Because nowadays we need to learn a lot of things

or lifelong learning. And it’s ensuring that your team develops the habit of acquiring skills,

 knowledge, and abilities to help them become better at their jobs. Continuous learning is the

most effective when the individual has a desire to learn and grow.

In our once life we need to learn and listen to the people around you. Then once you’ve been

learned apply it to yourself to make better person. Incase you’ve got a disappointed moment,

still face and fight to all the challenges coming. Then after all of that you can do what ever you

want. So, continuous learning and never give up.

I learned a lot of thing because I always ask the person or the leader on how to do that task or

work. after that I try it if I can. The main reason how I learned effectively I always ask about the

things that I didn’t know how do to. Then I practice and master it and be humble all the time.
