Dear Parents and Guardians:

Greetings of Peace!

A blessed new year everyone! Please be advised that this coming Saturday, January 7, 2023, is
your child’s scheduled third make up class. On this day, all levels will be following the
WEDNESDAY SCHEDULE but instead of having it face-to-face, all students will attend their classes
ONLINE via Schoology. All students will wear PLAIN WHITE SHIRT during their online classes.
Please be advised also that your child’s SECOND QUARTERLY EXAMS will be on January 10 to
13, 2023. All exams will be conducted face-to-face. Please see the schedule of exams and pointers
for review released to you last December 19, 2022 via email. Please be advised also that the cut-
off of payments will be this coming Saturday, January 7, 2023. The business office will be open
on January 7, 2023 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon to accept payments. Kindly settle your accounts
on or before this date.
Also, please be advised that all parents and guardians are invited to join us in our SECOND
PARENTING WEBINAR on January 14, 2023 (Saturday) at 9 am via Zoom. The Zoom link will be
sent to you soon by your child’s adviser.
From January 16 to 20, 2023 is the scheduled recollection/retreat for students from Kinder to
Grade 12. Please refer to the email sent to you yesterday about the details of these events.
Then starting January 23, 2023, Monday, all students from all levels will have their face-to-face
classes DAILY, from Monday to Friday. Every Monday, starting January 23, 2023, the call time of
all the students is at 7:15 am to give way for their Monday Assembly at the MPH from 7:30 am to
8:00 am. From Tuesday to Friday, students must be in school on or before 8:00 am. Kindly wait for
your child’s NEW SCHEDULE OF CLASSES to be sent to you soon by the class adviser.
