JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Reading P&ID and GA Drawings.

 Preparation of data sheet for material procurement as per SOQR.

 Preparation of work schedule.

 Preparing and submitting daily work progress and evaluated if within Schedule.

 Control of quality for piping, structure and tank fabrication such a fit up, root lpe, final lpe visual

inspection, nozzle orientation and dimensional inspection conforming to approved construction

drawings.

 Preparation of Fabrication Control Sheet, Test packs for piping and vessels. Co-ordination of shop

and site Erection of pipe spools, tank and structures erection.

 Supervision and implementation of the job as per drawing and specification of the project

 Supervision for carbon steel tanks fabrication, lining work, structure fabrication and pipe fabrication

and pipe line reaction including valves fittings…etc

 Supervision for Fabrication and Erection of stainless steel piping, tanks fabrication and supports for

in-cell /out cell. The work involves acid cleaning/ Passivation, thinning, bend DPT, RT, UT checking

for pipes and plates. Preparation for all activity date sheet in every day reports.
  Monitor for site activity, production work, and consumable. Baking and keeping of electrodes,

consumables and tools at distribution center

 Preparation of piping testing and Tanks packs, line checking, punching prior to Hydrostatic Test

 Daily interaction with direct client for further work to be carried out and submission of documents.
