Task One: Form Filling (15 minutes)
You are part of a survey about friends. • Fill in the form on your Answer Sheet. • Answer questions 1-3 with one to three words. • Answer questions 4-6 with 10-15 words. Write full sentences.

• Choose ONE of the following tasks – 1 OR 2.
• Write about 50 words. • Write your answer to this question on the next page.
