JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, Virginia Justo and Cresencia Dulay, both Filipinos, of legal age,
and residents of Barangay Palaris, Asingan, Pangasinan, having been duly sworn
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

That we have personally known the person of BERNARDO D. PAROCHA

JR. for a long period of time having been his long time friends;

That said BERNARDO D. PAROCHA JR. is the child of spouses Bernardo

Parocha Sr. and Juana Dulay, having born to them on November 01, 1972 at
Binalonan, Pangasinan;

That said Bernardo D. Parocha Jr. is married to Jocelyn C. Justo on April 18,
1998 at Asingan, Pangasinan;

That we know for a fact that the person by the name of BERNARDO D.
PAROCHA appearing in his Certificate of Live Birth issued by the National Statistic
Office (NSO) and the name BERNARDO D. PAROCHA JR. as appearing in his
marriage contract issued by the N.S.O. refer to one and the same person and that
his true and correct name is BERNARDO D. PAROCHA JR;

That, we are not in any way related to the above mentioned person nor do
we have pecuniary legal purpose it may serve.

As such, we execute this affidavit or attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose that this affidavit may serve.
