I am writing to request your permission to conduct a photoshoot for the contestants of the Mr. and Ms.
Dentistry pageant on January 23, 2023. Also for the entry of a videographer and equipment into the
medical university. The pageant, which is set to take place on January 30, 2023, is a significant event for
our college and the photoshoot is an important part of the preparation for the pageant.

The contestants will be taking formal and casual photos that will be used for promotion and
documentation purposes. We have secured the services of a professional videographer and equipment
that will be used to capture the photoshoot in a professional manner and produce high-quality visual
documentation of the event.

We assure you that the photoshoot will be conducted in a respectful and professional manner and will
not disrupt the normal activities of the university. We have also made arrangements for the safety and
security of the equipment and the videographer during the entire duration of the photoshoot.

We would appreciate it if you could grant us permission to conduct the photoshoot on January 23, 2023.
