Greetings!

In line with the NOPSSCEA Season 42, we would like to inform your good office that Jack and Jill
School – Homesite is participating in the following sports events: Basketball and Volleyball. In line
with this we would like to request financial assistance of players on their
transportation, fare, and snacks during these events. Basketball boys are composed of 7 players;
Volleyball girls composed of 10 players, while volleyball boys are composed of 11 players. We
have the total of 18 players. These sports events will be held for maximum of 5 days in the given
venues. The complete set of uniforms of the players amounting to P750 is already shouldered by
the parents.

The NOPSSCEA game will be on November 12, 2022 to December 10, 2022.

In line to this, we are seeking your approval on this matter. Herewith attached are the list of
players and the game schedules.

Your support will be a great help in making the pupils/students sports activity a success.
