    APPLICATION FORM

    1. Application Type: Individual Team Application

    4. If you have a team logo, you can send the logo to greenscreendc@gmail.com or
    +263788178888, and it will be displayed on the Big Screen.

    5. Rules of the Tournament:

    • Half-length: 4 minutes
    • Injuries: Off
    • Defending: Tactical
    • Controls: Any
    • Game Speed: Normal
    • Difficulty: Legendary
    • Format: 2v2
    • Tournament Format: Group Stage then Knockout Stage (2 Legs)
    • There is no age limit.
    6. Tournament Fee: A Tournament Fee of $30 per Team, must be paid before the
    tournament.

    7. The winner of the tournament will win US$300, and the runner-up will win
    US$200.

    N.B The prize money is subject to change according to the number of teams that
    participate in the tournament. Prize money is not sponsored.

    8. Declaration: I have received, read and understand the Green Screen E-Sports
    terms and conditions and if my application is accepted, agree to uphold and
    comply with these.
