I, Sharon E. Pangadlin, a former casual employee of provincial capitol under the accounting department
would like to express my interest to apply for the Administrative Aide position. I am very much
acquainted with administrative clerical works, a computer literate and have experience in
documentation and filing for over nine years. Also I am very much interested to join and work in the
government and engage public service. My previous work experienced as administrative aide will be of
great factor in contributing a harmonious woking environment. The key strenghts that I possess in this
position include, but are not limited to the following:

 Receiving ang releasing payroll

 Book binding
 Documenting and filing paper works
 Experienced in administrative clerical task

This is also to inform that I voted Hon. Robert Ace S. Barbers as my congressman in the recently
concluded National and Local Election. Unfortunately, since I am currently working at provincial capitol
during the election, I am with the administration but swear and willing to be under the new
administration. I would like to have the opportunity to join and use my skills in your department. I
