3. List of Clients
 Note that these lists are changing depending on the Masterlist (c/o Ma’am Mherrianne)

4. Tax Compliance Review Template

a. Once LOA is received, ask all pertinent documents from Storage (Argel).
b. Fill out provided Tax Compliance Review template.
c. Prepare initial findings based from the Annualization sheet tab of the template.
d. Communicate to Sir Omar your initial findings.
e. Let Argel reproduce a copy of all the pertinent documents available. These reproduced
copies will then be prepared for submission to the examiner.
Note: Only those documents with Sir Omar’s consent are to be included for submission.
f. Prepare transmittal for pertinent documents to be forwarded to the examiner.
Note: Ask if the transmittal will be given to Ma’am Prim or Ma’am Grace. If it will be
forwarded to Ma’am Grace, ensure an acknowledgement letter signed by her.

Other points to remember:

- If there are instructions given by Sir Omar, secure a screenshot copy and post it in the notebook
(concerns and update section).
- Always take down notes of the reminders.
- Upon filing, if there are changes made by the clients, put the original data in the comment
section and note the reason on the remarks column.
