This job required me to design and manage the complete Batch Recruitment Processes along with developing successful OD policies
that enables development and integration of HR programs to achieve the strategic goals of JS Bank. Furthermore, strategic knowledge
partners were identified to make strong linkages through MoU’s to share and impart knowledge through trainings by JSBL L&OD team
to enhance industry standards and work on the corporate social responsibility strategy of the bank.
• Working on Attrition and Gap Analysis and designing an Attrition cost calculator as a module part of LMS
• Developing the right brand image to launch the first ever Management Trainee Program for JSBL
• Developing and initiating a Career Development Program for RMs and BMs
• Designing and implementing Succession Planning Platform
• Conducting Industry Analysis on policies with the help of Mercer and ENY
• MTO, ARM Credits & Trade, UT and Sales Liabilities Batches.
• Mandate of ensuring 40% hiring through Batch Recruitment by 2019.
