Briefly write the alert with relevant details:
On 5-Dec-2022 and 12-Dec-2022 we had placed a total of 14-ton order of Master Polybags to Tanvir Packages but
due to raw material unavailability, deliveries were stopped by supplier which resulted in unavailability of below listed
Master TRP poly bags:
1. Master Polybag 26*42
2. Master Polybag 23*44
3. Master Polybag 23*48
4. Master Polybag 25*42
5. Master Polybag 24*42
6. Master Polybag 25*40

Investigation of alert (as per alert type):
Upon investigation it was found that supplier is not delivering material due to too much hike in prices and unavailability
of raw material at supplier end. We also approached other suppliers, but it is estimated to get new inventory at least
after 30 days. Hence for 30 days store requires an exception for using possible alternative master TRP poly bags from
available inventory as listed below:
1. Master Polybag 25*44
2. Master Polybag 27*47
3. Master Polybag 25*47
4. Master Polybag 23*36
With this exception there are medium level risk with supply and customer to notice the bag looseness, however high
risk is associated with packaging and quality. To mitigate the risk below action plan to be followed.
