RESERVATION AGREEMENT

I, Mr. REX CLYDE B. HINGPIT married to Heidi Rose S. Hingpit (buyer) with residential
address at 444 Rosas St., Villa Verde Homes, Brgy. Santa Monica, Novaliches, Quezon
City, hereby request to be granted an exclusive right to purchase from of Jocelyn V.
Santiago married to Garry B. Santiago (seller) the property specifically identified below:
TCT No. 004-2022013349. A parcel of land (Lot 7 Block 11) containing an area
of Two Hundred Sixty Six (266) Square Meters registered in the name of
Jocelyn V. Santiago married to Garry B. Santiago (seller).

In consideration of this Reservation Agreement, I shall pay the amount of ONE

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱100,000.00) on October 24, 2022, as non-
refundable reservation fee for the above described-property and which will form part of
the total contract price.

This Reservation is valid until December 31, 2022 only and will automatically be
cancelled thereafter and RESERVATION FEE will be forfeited in favor of the seller. Also,
the reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE or will be FORFEITED in favor of the seller in
case of my withdrawal/cancellation for any reasons, of this transaction prior to such
date.

Seller also reserved the right to extend this contract after December 31, 2022, subject to
another terms and conditions which will be specified by the seller.

I, the undersigned Buyer, hereby represent that I read this Reservation Application and
understood the same and that I find nothing objectionable hereto. I certify and agree to
the terms and conditions governing this sale transaction. I further attest to the
correctness of the personal information in this Reservation Agreement. I further agree
that my payment shall be considered conditional unless this application has been
approved by the SELLER upon payment of the RESERVATION FEE.
