Greetings from Pelican Cruise Group, I hope this email finds you well!

I am reaching out to you to inform you that from March 1 st, we will no longer operate Peony Cruises as a
member from our Board of Directors has decided to separate from the company.

There will be adjustments regarding our Management Board as followings:

- Pelican Cruise Group will no longer be in charge of Peony Cruises’ sales department, as well as
operation concerning the provision of tour in Lan Ha Bay or transfer arrangement from Hanoi – Hai
Phong City – Hanoi for Peony Cruises.
- We won’t be replying to emails or requests sent to the following accounts: info@peonycruises.com
& reservation@peonycruises.com starting from March 1st.

As we only have received the official notice today, I hope for your understanding regarding the timing.
Because this is an unfortunate event and that it may affect the quality of service on Peony Cruises
provided to our mutual customers, we really hope for your support in the proposal of upgrading our
clients from 4* Peony Cruises to 5* Azalea Cruises.

Concerning the bookings made, our clients have the option to whether stay in Peony Cruises or getting
upgraded free of charge to Azalea Cruises upon your permission. We can guarantee that the rooms on
Azalea Cruises will have bigger space, better quality equipment & facilities, 5* quality food and most
especially, we will be in direct contact with you to guarantee the services provided to our clients. We
can assure you that there won’t be any interruption during this phase for our clients & the services on
Azalea Cruises will be of much better quality.

In the interest of our clients wanting to choose Peony Cruises instead, we will also try our best to
support their decisions during this transition period.
