PVI technique using LASSO

Clinical Summary:

1. Basic rhythm was atrial fibrilation

2.TTE before procedure showed no LA thrombus

3.Transeptal puncture was performed using TEEvguide. 2 SL0.long sheath were introduced into LA.

4.Anatomical mapping of LA was performed using CARTO system.

5.Antral ablation was performed circumferential around both side of PV

6.AF was terminated during left superior PV ablation.

7.At the end all PV were isolated and there was no AF during isoproterenol infusion.
