INDUSTRIAL RELATION
 Coordinate with departmental/Function for finalizing manpower budget, manpower requirement and
planning.
 Oversee labour relations regularly to maintain harmonious industrial relations to ensure minimum
stoppage time due to labour unrest.
 Handle collective bargaining at their plant; help implement settlements etc for their plant.
 Redressal of workers grievances on a daily basis for smooth functioning of the Plant.
 Manage labour disputes, if any, as per the application (Issue warning, Continue Absenteeism & Full
& Final settlement letter).
 Oversee the HR and Admin related matters and ensure IR Best Practices, applicable labour laws are
followed in the factory to for safe, peaceful and efficient manufacturing operations.
 Responsible for all the external audits on the HR process.
 Responsible for maintaining and updated all type of IR and compliance registers and documents.
 Liasioning with ESI, PF, Labour Office, Labour court, Fire NOC, Pollution board, Electricity board.
PERSONNEL & ADMIN MANAGMENT
 Created and internal HR audit to ensure compliance with the set processes.
 Responsible for HR operations which includes issuance of all kind of appointment letters, salary
fixation through negotiation, service agreements, various types of certificated, confirmations, transfer
orders, recoveries & payables.
 Manage Vendor & Contractor (Sourcing & negotiating contracts, create standards for the vendors &
find best available vendors)
 Control overall general administration of Transportation, Canteen Management, Plant
Housekeeping, Facility Management, Security Personnel, office administration, accommodation
of company & annual day function and other welfare activities etc.
 Responsible for proper implementation of PMS as per company norms.

PAYROLL STRUCTURING & PROJECTIONS

 Manpower cost Analysis, Forecasting & Budgeting, Structuring CTC, Overtime Management,
Attendance & Leave Finalisation, Salary & Wages Disbursement, and Facility & Security
Management of Units. Company and contractual.
 Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns, NOC`s and all license renewals from
government bodies.
 Responsible for timely submission of Full & Final Settlement exit employees.
