    You are hereby designated as Chairperson of the Department of


    Research, Planning and Development in a temporary capacity until such
    time that a full-time regular person is designated as such.

    This designation is concurrent to your regular position as Student


    Affairs and Services Chairperson.

    In this capacity, you will directly report to my office and official


    correspondence shall be approved by me.

    Let copies of this Order be circulated to the concerned offices, such


    as the Vice Presidents, Deans, Faculty, Support Staffs and the Accounting.

    I implore everyone to fully cooperate as regards this Order.
