The prelims shall be organized on February 20" & 21", 2023. 2. All Zonal coordinators will notify the schedule of prelims latest by 17” February, 2023 and endorse a copy of the same to all institutes of their zone and Director, Students’ Welfare. Any change in the schedule of events is not permitted. 3. Allaffiliated institutes will submit the name of the participants in prescribed format to their zonal coordinators latest by 15" February, 2023. All affiliated institutes are advised to contact their respective zonal coordinator for schedule and other query related to prelims. 4. Allaffiliated institutes of the University will contribute an amount of Rs.10,000!- to their I Zonal Coordinator to meet out the expenses of prelims including honorarium & hospitality to the judges and other miscellaneous arrangements, This amount may be ‘Scanned with CamSeanner 10. Zonal coordinators will submit a Statement of Account (details of amount received and expenditure incurred) through their respective principals to the Directorate of Students’ Welfare latest by 22” February, 2023 and unspent amount will be returned proportionately to the respective institutes within a week of completion of the event. Zonal Coordinators will submit their report along with prelims results latest by 22" Feb., 2023 (hard copy as well as soft copy in prescribed format) to the Directorate of Students’ Welfare. First and Second position holder team of all events from each zone will participate in the final events of Anugoon}-2023. The results of the prelims should be uploaded by the Zonal Coordinator on the college website All the Zonal Coordinators shall give certificates to the 1* position holder and the Runner up. No tied result will be accepted for the 1 and 2° position for final events during Anugoonj, therefore, the judges may be informed accordingly in advaneé Winner and 1* Runner up teams of all events from all zones should report for registration one. hour before of scheduled final events during Anugooni Director/Principal of every institute will nominate a faculty member as Team In-charge along with the participants. It will be mandatory for Team in-charge to be present along with the participants during prelims and final events of Anugoonj-2023, External Judges will be paid an honorarium of Rs. 1400 per event and Rs, 600/- per day as conveyance charges if vehicle is not provided). Judges for each event should be external expert for judgment the performances of preliminary round. If students of any institute feel aggrieved by the judgment of any particular event, an appeal can be filed in the name of the undersigned only after the completion of the festival. All the accompanists and participants must have their identity card of their respective institute at time of participation. BATTLE OF BANDS 1. Maximum of 10 and minimum of 4 members per team. 2. Each band can perform eastern /western or both. 3. Time limit: 20 minutes (5 minutes setup time + 15 minutes playing time) 5% of total marks will be deducted for every extra minute. 4. Use of pre recorded music (e.g. sequences, keyboard rhythm, guitar loops) will result in disqualification. 5. No instrument will be provided by the organizer.
