10 years from now….

Every person has a chosen career, even I, I had a dream that I want to be
fulfilled for my parents sacrifices thru the years I’ve been studying. Ten years from
now, I think I’ll be a successful Engineer, and I will be solving some problems and
constructing some solutions on a particular problems. We engineers need to apply
some principles of science and mathematics, so we can develop economical
solutions to those technical problems. We must have important competencies to be
a successful engineer in the future, leadership is needed to this career since you
need to be a leader to your provided team. You also need to be a continuous learner
who is always open and attentive to the needs of your team. In order to build and
offer your services, you should be able to learn and adapt to new domains since you
need some new information about the problem you need to be solved.
Year by year technology changes, we can have new technology that we can
use to make our work faster than you expected, so you need to continue to learn
new things since you’re a growing engineer.
Critical thinking, problem solving, and communication, and lastly being
resilience as you need to process and overcome hardship. These Compentencies are
needed to my chosen career in order to be successful and had a great future in Ten
Years.
