confirmation for said meeting? Have you prepared your message or report for the meeting? Pray, Plan, Prepare!
c. Liquidation of Cash Advances – summary of expenses plus all the supporting documents/receipts must be submitted to the Administrative Officer for
recording purposes; return excess money immediately, which should be deposited back to PSALM Treasury; If overdraft, present justification before any
refund could be made, if approved by the OIC-ND
d. Certificate of Attendance duly signed by the Person to meet (see Travel Order)
