Kind attention: Shri Dinesh Kumar Singh, Chief Executive Officer Subject: Third Party Agencies for certification of Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan (ERDMP) documents for midstream and downstream activities of Oil & Gas Sector Sir, On the basis of your application for empanelment on the subject, it has been decided to renew the empanelment of Bosai Safety Private Limited as an approved Third Party Agency as per the PNGRB (Third Party Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2015 for certifying the ERDMP documents under the PNGRB (Codes of Practices for Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan) Regulations, 2010, with a validity until 25.10.2024 subject to the following general terms and conditions: 1. The TPA shall submit to PNGRB, every year, details of work orders awarded/executed along with inspection fees/charges for each work order during the previous financial year not later than May 1* of the following financial year. 2. The TPA shall provide to PNGRB every year the details of changes in relevant manpower during the previous financial year not later than May 1* of the following financial year. 3. The TPA shall facilitate periodic audits by NABCB and provide Documentation to NABCB as per there requirement, 4, In case of suspension / cancellation / withdrawal of accreditation under ISO-17020, the TPA shall immediately inform PNGRB. 5. The'TPA shall submit ERDMP documents duly certified to the entity with a copy endorsed to PNGRB. 6.
