This is with reference to above subject. Regarding our organization, The Culminates Engineering Services
(CES) is providing wide range of engineering services in a very deep area of process equipments, oil and gas
sectors, refinery and petrochemical industries. Our main specialized areas are pressure vessels and heat
exchanger’s design and its analysis, piping stress analysis, thermal designs of heat exchangers, FEA Analysis,

We have immediate new requirements as mentioned below of Mechanical CAD Engineers in our organisation.
Job profile will be working on 2D / 3D / Ansys FEA & other engineering and project related work. Both
graduate (BE/B.Tech.) & diploma mechanical engineers / mechanical draftsman are eligible for interview. In
addition we are also looking for administrator cum project executive.

Requirements : 2 Fresh Mechanical Engineers for GET (Ahmedabad Based Only)

: 2 Experienced Engineer (Min. 1-3 Years Experience in Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger Industry)
: 3 Mechanical Engineers for 5-6 Months Internship

: Office Administrator Cum Project Executive

: Ahmedabad based Engineers / Executive Only.

: Immediate-Joining

Responsibility : CAD Engineer - Working on AutoCAD 2D, Solidworks 3D, ANSYS, Project etc.
: Administrator – Administrative work + Executive Work

Salary Package: Salary would be based on candidate’s knowledge, ability and performance in the interview.
Fresh Engineers:
Degree Engineers : ~18,000 - 20,000 Rs per month (CTC inclusive of Bonus)
16,000 - 18,000 Rs. per month (Take Home Salary...All Inclusive+Bonus if Any)
However in GET Period of first 12 months, 12,000 Rs. stipend will be paid.

Diploma Engineers : ~13,000 - 17,000 Rs per month (CTC inclusive of Bonus)

10,000 - 14,000 Rs. per month (Take Home Salary...All Inclusive+Bonus if Any)
However in DET Period of first 12 months, 9,000 Rs. stipend will be paid.

Experienced Engineers: Salary will be based on knowledge and interview performance. For experienced
person, CAD knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers & its detailing is must. However, experience
engineers shall share minimum expected salary while applying for the job.

Please note that there will be 18 months service agreement for all new joining after GET or DET period in our
organization followed by 3 months notice period. The service agreement will be legalized either in the form of
original documents submission or penalty Cheque submission of Rs. 50,000 / 60,000 or both for service
agreement. This is mandatory for all new joiners. Please send your interview confirmation considering same.
It is mandatory to share CV before coming to interview.

Office Admin. Cum Project Executive: Salary will be purely based on knowledge and interview performance
Experience person is preferred for admin cum project executive post.
Interview will be structured as below for Engineers:
- 2D Drawing Preparation on ACAD for given Sketch and/or 3D model
- Short written/verbal technical test/interview if required

Please come prepared specially in following areas:

- Pressure Vessels and its various components
- Types of supports for pressure vessels and heat exchangers
- Heat Exchanger Components
- Knowledge of drawings: Different views / 1st angle vs 3rd angle system
- Importance of Bill of materials and development length
- Types of Stresses
- Knowledge of Units.
- Etc.

- Communication Effectiveness
- Professional Dressing
- Body Language
- Ability to work in TEAM
- Understanding Problems and Resolution Skills
- Adaptability to Take New Challenges
