Why is it important to ensure that the word/words you are using in writing your business
letters/reports are correct?
Use the proper vocabulary, together with accurate spelling and punctuation, while writing
business letters and reports. Because it's essential to write professionally, especially given that
I'm studying civil engineering. On a personal and professional level, poor writing is unprofessional
and can easily mean the difference between success and failure. Even though it may appear that
email has entirely replaced letters as a way of communication, many businesses still prefer letters
due to the trustworthy source.
